Hiring Parameters

Atleast 7 to 10 years of experience in Life insurance sales in either Direct or Broking channel.
Should have worked for atleast 2 years in each company.
Should be able to generate business or his/her own through natural market, previous clients, activities etc.
Average ticket size of login should be upwards of 3 lakhs
Should be wiling to do sourcing role without a team
Should have incentives consistently across companies.
Should be able to do 10 lakhs business month on month and ones with experience in Traditional plan sales more would be preferred.
