Job Description

Roles and Responsibility Manage and supervise a team of retail banking professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. Develop and implement strategies to increase retail branch revenue and expand the customer base. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners. Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency of the retail branch. Identify and mitigate risks associated with retail banking operations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Job Requirements Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling building strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure. Experience in managing and controlling expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.
