Lead the branch operations and drive business growth for the SME Prime Loan Against Property (LAP) segment
Achieve disbursement, portfolio, and revenue targets through effective business planning and execution Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, channel partners, and key customers to ensure sustainable business inflow Coordinate with credit, technical, legal, and operations teams for timely processing and disbursement of cases Ensure portfolio quality and compliance with company credit policies and audit standards Identify new business opportunities and implement local market strategies to enhance brand presence Mentor and motivate branch staff to achieve productivity, teamwork, and customer satisfaction Oversee daily operations, monitor MIS reports, and maintain process discipline at the branch level
