Operational Leadership:Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and daily activities
Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch revenue and profitability targets
Monitor branch performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement

Implement customer-focused initiatives to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty
Sales and Business Development:Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential markets for expansion
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform sales and marketing strategies
