Job Description

As a Branch Manager at an automobile dealership in Vypin, Kolenchery, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations and administration of the branch. Your role will involve setting and enforcing standards for customer service, as well as receiving and addressing customer complaints in a timely and effective manner. In this position, you will receive management direction from dealership owners and will be required to submit reports on dealership finances and activities to the owners. Monitoring the financial performance of the dealership, setting business objectives, and implementing strategies to meet targets will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be supervising a team at the branch, overseeing hiring, discipline, training, promotions, and scheduling of employees to ensure smooth operation and high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience as a Branch Manager, with a preference for candidates with 1 year of experience in the automobile industry. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, day shift schedule, and a performance bonus. The work location is in person at the dealership in Vypin, Kolenchery.
