Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (plus attractive incentives)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee our Irinjalakuda branch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, driving business growth, leading the branch team, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch and ensure smooth functioning.
• Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Manage and motivate the branch team to achieve performance goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Coordinate with senior management to align branch goals with overall company objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience (minimum 2–5 years) in branch management, sales, or operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and drive results.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with basic financial management tools.
• Must be a male candidate residing in or willing to relocate to Irinjalakuda.
