Job Description

The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities. In addition to reporting all financial and operations information to company management, this candidate is responsible for leading revenue generation for the branch. Skills required: Direct Sales Experience with exposure to branch operations management Strong focus on results and execution excellence; managing monthly target planning and achievement Overall P&L Management Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the territory Plan and execute Lead Generation activities with the branch marketing team, monitor lead-to-sales trends Excellent leadership and large team management skills Qualifications MBA or equivalent in Business Management 10 - 15 years of Sales (B2C) experience Experience preferred for Timeshare, Real Estate, Telecom, Life/General Insurance industries Interested candidates to please share their resumes at Shyla.Bhadwal676@MAHINDRAHOLIDAYS.COM Show more Show less
