Role & responsibilities Lead and manage the sales team: Provide guidance, set sales targets, and monitor performance. Develop and implement sales strategies: Drive the sales of LAP products and achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships: Cultivate relationships with clients, business partners, and internal stakeholders. Monitor and analyze sales performance: Track key metrics and adjust strategies as needed. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in mortgage loans or real estate finance.
