Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership:

    • Manage and lead a team of Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), Agency Development Managers (ADMs), and other branch staff.
    • Set performance targets and provide guidance.

  2. Agency Recruitment Drive:

    • Drive agent recruitment through the team.
    • Ensure quality recruitment and onboarding of agents/advisors.

  3. Sales and Business Growth:

    • Achieve branch sales targets (premium, policies, productivity).
    • Monitor and improve the productivity of agents and managers.

    • Training and Development:

    • Ensure regular training for agents and the team.
    • Encourage career progression and upskilling.

    • Operational Management:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch.
    • Ensure smooth processing of business and policy issuance.

    • Customer Service and Retention:

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Focus on policy renewals and persistency

    • Compliance and Audit:

    • Ensure the branch follows all regulatory and company guidelines.
    • Maintain documentation and pass internal audits.

    • Reporting and MIS:

    • Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports with higher management.
    • Analyze performance data and take corrective actions.

  • Should be between the age of 30-45 years and
  • Must be from Life Insurance background.
