Job Description

Designation: Branch Manager

Product: LAP

Location: Pammal, Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient processing of loan applications against property (LAP) and other secured loans such as home loans, housing loan, mortgage loans, etc.
Oversee sales team performance, setting targets and goals to achieve business growth through effective lead generation and customer relationship management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues related to loan disbursements, collections, or other operational matters.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Desired Candidate Profile

6-11 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in LAP (Loan Against Property) with team handling and branch handling skills.
Strong understanding of mortgage loans, home loans, housing loan products.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team effectively.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
