Branch Manager - Kundrathur

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving the achievement of disbursement targets on housing & mortgage loans and insurance premiums allocated to the branch. Your primary focus will be on meeting the Weighted Average Yield target as well as ensuring portfolio growth and customer retention. Your role will involve overseeing lead generation and management activities by monitoring Sales Officers across all locations to maintain a steady flow of business. You will be required to empanel direct sourcing agents regularly and plan and execute marketing activities with a monthly calendar. In terms of business process flow and management, you will be accountable for housing loan file logins, conducting location visits for loan appraisal, and ensuring proper documentation throughout the loan process. Customer satisfaction for all loans sanctioned and disbursed by the company will also fall under your purview. Additionally, you will be responsible for recruiting sales officers, providing training, and ensuring their productivity aligns with company standards. Managing portfolio quality, closing outstanding post-disbursal documentation, and handling delinquent accounts will be crucial aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess an educational qualification of Under Graduate or Post Graduate degree along with 8 to 12 years of experience, specifically in the housing loan sector. Your ability to drive business targets, lead a team effectively, and maintain high portfolio quality will be key to success in this role.,
