Key responsibilities

  • Sales and business development:

    Achieve branch sales targets for HL and LAP by managing the entire loan lifecycle, implementing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Team leadership:

    Lead, motivate, and train a sales team to meet performance goals and targets.
  • Channel and market management:

    Develop relationships with channel partners like builders and DSAs, and implement BTL marketing campaigns to source business.
  • Customer relationship management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and handle inquiries and complaints.
  • Operations and risk management:

    Oversee the end-to-end loan process, including credit checks, loan disbursals, and collections, while ensuring compliance with regulations and assessing credit eligibility.
