Branch Manager - Gold Loans

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall Sales, branch operations, performance, and profitability for the Branch.
• Drive error free and ethical way of working at the branch and ensure the team is following the ethical way of working at the branch.
• Focus and work towards achieving the sales target for the branch and driving the team towards the same.
• Drive and actively participate in field marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and business growth
• Plan , conduct, and monitor branch level and field level marketing initiatives to build a healthy lead pipeline and ensure consistent business conversion.
• Focus on new customer acquisition and retention of existing customers. Also actively work and devise thestrategy towards renewal of the existing customer

• Raise alarm to the appropriate authority and also avoid having any fraudulent activities at the branch or premises by self or team member

• Conduct error free valuation and appraisal of gold gold ornaments pledged in the branch,ensuring accurate weight and purity assessment as per company policies and audit standards
• Act as a joint custodian of the vault, ensuring proper safekeeping of pledged securities according to company guidelines
• Control NPAs through timely and persistent follow ups for interest and overdue collections
• Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills to ensure smooth branch functioning and foster teamwork among staff
• Handle hiring, coaching, mentoring, and training of branch employees, providing timely performance feedback to support their growth
• Maintain the quality and performance of branch business, prepare periodic reports, and take corrective actions when required
• Ensure 100 compliance with all branches operational processes, valuation guidelines, and audits
• Manage error free process and ensure all activities are conducted in alignment with company standards and regulatory norms
