A branch manager for affordable housing in a housing finance company is responsible for developing customer relationships, generating business, and leading a team. They also ensure that the branch runs smoothly and that the team is motivated.

Responsibilities:

• Customer relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with builders, clients, and housing loan customers
• Business generation: Create sales promotions and product launches to build market presence
• Team leadership: Coach, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve results
• Branch operations: Ensure that the branch runs smoothly and that operations are managed
• Portfolio risk management: Manage the branch's portfolio risk and collections

Qualifications and experience

• 4-5 years of experience in branch management in home loans
• Ability to lead and motivate branch teams
• Ability to handle branch operations
• Ability to manage portfolio risk and collections

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
