Branch Manager

The Branch Manager -EV will be the owner of the Store and responsible for running store operations profitably. This includes ensuring all initiatives of Sales, Service, and Operations are implemented to avoid disruptions. The role involves managing people, demand generation through Road Side Activities, providing excellent customer experience during delivery, handling store operations, repair, and service maintenance. Key skills required for this role include experience in B2C direct sales, People Management with a track record of managing sales and operations teams, demand generation through Road Side Activities, store operations, product demonstration to customers, organized task and data management, planning and executing promotion activities, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, fluency in English and Kannada, and proficiency in Excel for sales and inventory management. Responsibilities of the Branch Manager -EV include managing store operations, generating leads through promotional activities, ensuring inventory availability, managing data, providing exceptional customer service, supporting customers, managing and overseeing staff attendance, leave, and performance, executing marketing activities, collecting leads, and following up with customers for conversions.
