As a Branch Manager / Deputy Branch Manager in Gujarat, your role involves managing all branch activities with strong leadership skills and service orientation. You should possess strong man management skills and be well-versed with branch operations and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Fully responsible for Branch P & L revenue & cost - Managing a Profit Centre with profitability as the key result area by acquiring net-worth accounts, enhancing NII income, generating revenue from third-party products, and managing OPEX - Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and auditory requirements - Setting up branches from their nascent stages to increasing the book size manifold - Focusing on all product lines and products offered by the bank - Enhancing the value proposition of the bank with high net-worth clientele - Implementing industry best practices to enhance the customer base - Strengthening and widening the customer value chain - Enhancing the employee value proposition for the teams worked with - Driving and achieving challenging targets set by the bank consistently - Managing the entire gamut of business in line with growing organizational needs Qualifications Required: - Education: Graduate or Post Graduate - Experience: 7 to 14 years overall experience with at least 3 years of work experience in a branch handling role in the banking industry,
