Job Description

1) Knowledge of distribution, operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales of managing Equity Broking branch. 2) Knowledge of Equity Broking Products, F & O, Commodities, Insurance, Investment products like Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF. 3) Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans 4) Meet goals and metrics 5) Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately 6) Provide branch personnel with training, coaching, development, and motivation 7) Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws. 8) Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company. Graduate MBA with Minimum 5 Years of experience as an existing Branch Manager Asst Branch Manager Branch Assistant Branch Operations Manager, Relationship Manager - Wealth Management, 1) Proven Broking Branch management experience, as a Branch Manager/ Asst. Manager 2) Knowledge of modern management techniques, best practices, organizational skills 3) Results driven and customer focused 4) Leadership and human resources management skills 5) BS in Business Administration or related field Broking Branch - Sales, Operations & Compliance. Knowledge of All Equity Broking Products, F & O , Insurance, and Investment products like Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF Locatoin : - Goa, Delhi, Vadodra, Surat,Chennai,Hyderabad,Bengaluru
