Branch Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pest control branch. This includes managing and scheduling technician teams for service delivery, driving new business through AMC and one-time pest control orders, ensuring timely follow-ups and renewal of existing contracts, monitoring the quality of field services, maintaining accurate stock and chemical inventory records, enforcing safety protocols, and planning and executing local marketing activities. Additionally, you will be required to submit monthly performance reports and ensure the achievement of branch targets. Key Responsibility Areas (KRA): - Oversee day-to-day operations of the pest control branch - Manage and schedule technician teams for service delivery - Drive new business through AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and one-time pest control orders - Ensure timely follow-ups and renewal of existing contracts - Monitor quality of field services and ensure high customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate stock and chemical inventory records - Enforce safety protocols and proper usage of equipment and protective gear - Plan and execute local marketing activities (flyers, society visits, corporate client meetings) - Submit monthly performance reports and ensure achievement of branch targets Qualification Required: - Prior experience in pest control operations is preferred - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Knowledge of local marketing strategies is a plus Please note that this job is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund.
