Branch Manager (AVP)

Role Overview: As a Senior Branch Manager at our banking industry partner, your role will involve providing leadership, coaching, and development to the next generation of leaders in the branch. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional results by monitoring branch performance, ensuring over-achievement of sales targets, and maximizing profits and fee-based income. Your focus will be on increasing the G.L. size of the branch through cross-selling and promoting various 3rd party products. Additionally, you will be accountable for maintaining outstanding audit ratings, delivering exceptional customer service, and implementing quality standards effectively.
