Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Kolkata Area for a Branch Manager/Assistant Branch Manager at Care Insurance. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing branch operations, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and compliance with company policies. Additional tasks include overseeing staff training, handling customer queries and complaints, and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth.
