Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager/Assistant Branch Manager located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Branch Manager/Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the branch, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role includes developing strategies to enhance business growth, conducting performance reviews, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. The candidate will also interact with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
