Ascend Capital (Ascend Bizcap Pvt Ltd) is a rapidly growing NBFC headquartered in Jaipur, specializing in commercial EV (Electronic Vehicle) financing. Co-founded by IIT and IIM alumni, Ascend Capital is at the forefront of the EV revolution and has recently closed its Series A funding round to support its growth phase.

Role Description

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, driving business growth, and managing customer relationships. This is a full-time on-site role located in Varanasi. Key responsibilities include managing a team, ensuring compliance with company policies, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves developing strategies for market penetration and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Team management and leadership skills
Experience in customer relationship management and sales
Knowledge of financial products and services, particularly in EV financing
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
