Role Overview: As a Branch Manager at Apollo Home Care in Mysore, your main responsibility will be overseeing the daily operations of the branch. This will involve ensuring the delivery of high-quality home healthcare services and managing a multidisciplinary team. You will play a crucial role in staff management, operational oversight, financial performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Moreover, building and maintaining relationships with patients, caregivers, and medical professionals to develop personalized care plans and improve patient outcomes will be a key aspect of your role.
