Anfield study abroad is one of the leading study abroad consultancy in Kerala. we have branches in Calicut, Kollam, Thrissur, Since our establishment in September 2014, our primary objective has been to provide students with comprehensive guidance and support throughout the study abroad process. With a dedicated team of over 50 members, we assist students in identifying their academic and personal goals, selecting the most suitable program and destination, navigating the application procedures, and preparing for a successful study abroad experience. Currently we are branch head for our new branch in Kollam .Detailed job description are mentioned below

Job description

• Ensuring efficient functioning of a day to day operations of anfield study abroad.
• Direct all operations including leads allocation, monitoring leads conversion of each counselor, push counsellor for students fees payment etc
• Ensure that converted students applications are moved to next step.
• Ensure that language trainers and SOP writers finish their time-to-time work properly
• Ensure that the visa process is done without any delay
• Be updated about the students who are going to fly and collaborate as much as possible with the counsellor to bring them to the office for getting promotion videos and photos etc
• Training and development
• Bring out best of branch personal by providing training, coaching , development and motivation.
• Provide training to the counsellor about country-wise procedure , University admission criteria, rules changes etc
• Ensure that all counsellors have proper country-wise knowledge and able to create a repo with students .
• Provide training for documentation, visa team, and language trainers if necessary.
• Collaborate with Human resource department
• Collaborate with B2B

• Any degree or PG required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
