Position:-Branch Head Department Agency A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products at the allotted area through agent partners Reaching the targets and goals set for your area Establishing, maintaining and expanding IRDAI agent base at the allotted area Servicing the needs of agent partners & increasing business opportunities through various routes Keeping the knowledge up-to-date with products and competitors Setting sales targets for individual BDMs or ABDMs and your team as a whole. Recruiting and training sales staff Allocating areas to sales representatives Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets Possibly dealing with some major multi-location agents accounts yourself Training the team and agents, about the products with the help of the training team. MEASURE OF SUCCESS Analysis of sales figures Overall Performance of the team Productivity of the Area Sales QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE 5+ Years of experience in Agency Sales MBA in Sales & Marketing will be preferred Should have domain Knowledge SKILLS REQUIRED Result Orientation Leadership Skills Customer Orientation Interpersonal and Communication Skills
