Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Patna for a Branch Incharge. The Branch Incharge will oversee the daily operations of the branch, manage a team, and ensure the smooth delivery of our services. Responsibilities include developing business strategies, managing budgets, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining operational efficiency. Additionally, the Branch Incharge will be responsible for growth initiatives, and evaluating and optimizing branch performance.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in business development and strategic planning
Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Relevant experience in the startup or business consulting space is a plus
