Role Description

This full-time position is for a Branch Incharge located in Kozhikode. Day-to-day tasks will include managing branch operations, overseeing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing company policies. The Branch Incharge will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory levels, and coordinating with other departments to streamline branch activities.

Qualifications

• Management and leadership skills to supervise staff and branch operations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience in sales and inventory management
• Ability to implement and enforce company policies effectively
• Proficiency in working with various departments to coordinate branch activities
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in network marketing and knowledge of Ayurvedic products is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
