Job Description

As the Branch Head at Livnest Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for leading the Pune branch operations, sales, and profitability. Taking complete ownership of the Pune branch operations, sales, and profitability is crucial for this role. You will lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets. Driving business development initiatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals is also a key responsibility. Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business will be essential. Developing strategies to expand the customer base and market presence in Pune is another important aspect of the role. Recruiting, training, and guiding sales executives, team leaders, and support staff will be part of your duties. Monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback and support are vital to ensure success. Ensuring smooth functioning of branch operations in alignment with company policies is necessary. Coordinating with marketing and management teams for campaigns, events, and lead generation is also important. Staying updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the Pune real estate market is crucial. Sharing insights with the management to support strategic decision-making will be expected. Preparing and presenting branch performance reports, sales forecasts, and revenue analysis will be part of your regular tasks. Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum 7-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role. - Track record of driving sales targets and managing high-performance teams.
