Role Summary:

The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the overall upkeep, maintenance, and operational readiness of all gold loan branches in Surat. This is a hands-on role involving regular branch visits and end-to-end coordination with landlords, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure safe, compliant, cost-effective, and fully functional branch infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular branch visits and facility audits to ensure adherence to company standards.

• Manage day-to-day branch maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil works, and preventive maintenance of critical equipment.

• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register for all branches.

• Act as the single point of contact for infrastructure-related complaints, emergencies, renovations, and new branch setups.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective execution of works.

• Manage vendor sourcing, performance monitoring, and invoice verification.

• Serve as the primary liaison with landlords, including lease management, renewals, rent coordination, and property-related issues.

• Assist in budgeting, track facility expenses, and implement cost-optimization initiatives.

• Monitor and optimize utility consumption across branches.

• Ensure compliance with municipal, fire, safety, and regulatory requirements; maintain licenses and permits.

• Act as first responder for facility-related emergencies and support business continuity.

• Coordinate with security teams to ensure CCTV, alarms, and strong room infrastructure meet security standards.

• Prepare and submit MIS reports on maintenance, compliance, vendor performance, and budget utilization.
