Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify and evaluate potential locations for new branches
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies
Coordinate with real estate partners, vendors, and internal teams for site finalization
Oversee branch setup activities, including layouts, infrastructure, and compliance
Ensure timely execution of branch openings as per expansion targets
Maintain strong relationships with landlords, contractors, and regulatory bodies
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
Optimize costs while maintaining quality standards
Support branch relocations, renovations, and closure activities when required

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in branch expansion, site acquisition, or project management
Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor-management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of local markets and regulatory requirements
