Job Description

As a Branch Executive at Kannattu Fingold Finance, a fast-growing NBFC, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to financial operations, customer service, and loan processing in a dynamic and supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in daily branch operations and administrative activities. - Support customer onboarding, documentation, and KYC processing. - Provide information to walk-in customers about Gold Loans, Fixed Deposits, and Insurance products. - Help with basic data entry, file management, and customer records maintenance. - Learn and follow company processes and RBI compliance norms. - Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when needed. - Support the branch team in achieving monthly business targets.
