4-6 years work experience in affordable housing segment in credit vertical
Keen outlook in maintaining a clean portfolio
Attention to detail
Process oriented
Ability to execute within define timelines
Be aware and use knowledge of local geography, demography and apply to daily work
Process files as per Credit Policy guidelines, Legal & Technical requirements
To ensure that process meets defined TATs with adherence to all documentation
Quality Management of the Portfolio
Collections efficiencies to be met as per the defined collections buckets
Collaborate with sales team to work towards common organization goal/ objective
