Essential Experience

Approve / Recommend
Mortgage
( LAP) & Housing loan applications.
Ensuring error free
underwriting
of loans in line with approved processes and policy guidelines
Monitor & train the Jr. Resources in the team keeping role succession planning & achieving the TAT.
Ensure meticulous compliance with internal
credit
policy as well as regulatory guidelines.
Ensure compliance with the benchmark Turnaround Time.
Manage ,supervise and provide guidance to the vendor agencies like legal and technical to get the desired and quality output.
Doing PD for decision of cases basis of document provided
Co-ordination with branches, Legal & Technical team and Ops team
Feedback to management on policy as well process changes to be done
Update branch with current status of files
Overall portfolio quality of cases underwritten
PDD management , tracking and submission of the disbursed cases
