Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Evaluate credit proposals covering financial, business, and industrial risks for loan decisioning
Verify promoters track record and assess their creditworthiness
Analyze financial statements to determine solvency and liquidity positions
Ensure bounce rate and delinquency remain within acceptable standards
Monitor approval rate and turnaround time (TAT) as per prescribed norms
Ensure monthly branch audit scores are satisfactory
Conduct customer meetings to evaluate credit proposals and manage vendor relationships
Track and close Post Disbursement Documents (PDD) while ensuring EMI repayment compliance

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate/Postgraduate.
4-6 years Credit/Underwriting experience.
Understanding of portfolio metrics.
Strong inter-personal skills which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit.
