Capri Car Loan is Hiring for Branch Business Manager (BBM) at Pune and Nagpur. The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading the team of RM to drive Sales, Manage Customer Relationships,ensure Compliance with regulations,and achieve branch targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate and develop a team of RM and support them to achieve sales target . Develop and implement Strategies to drive Car Loan Sales growth and expand market Share. Identify new business opportunities,partnerships, and Channels to increase loan portfolio and revenue. Excellent leadership, communication and Interpersonal skills. Education and Work Experience Requirements: Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or related field and Prior experience of more than 3 years in Car Loan.
