Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Branch Business Head to lead our Emerging Enterprise Banking team in Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-11 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in assets management and business development.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the Emerging Enterprise Banking sector.
Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Job Requirements

Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving business growth.
Strong knowledge of assets management, financial products, and services.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry is preferred.
