Job Description

Brake & Suspension (Strength / Durability / NVH) Role: Brake & Suspension CAE Analysis including structural, durability, and NVH performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop FE models of chassis components (brake, suspension & steering). Apply loading & boundary conditions for structural, thermal & modal analysis. Perform CAE analysis, correlate with physical test results, and prepare detailed reports. Support design team in weight & cost reduction proposals (VAVE). Participate in troubleshooting, countermeasure planning, and methodology improvements. Technical Competencies: Strong knowledge of chassis systems (brakes, suspension, steering) design & function. Proficient in FEA (part, subsystem, vehicle level) and virtual validation. Expertise in NVH, fatigue, elasticity, structural CAE. Tools: Hypermesh, Hyperview, Estech Sequal, ABAQUS, MSC Nastran. Advantage: Brake NVH, suspension & steering CAE experience. Behavioral Competencies: Strong analytical, problem-solving & presentation skills. Achievement-oriented, good team player & communicator.
