BPO Trainer

This role involves conducting product and process training for call center teams and channel partners, including new hire and refresher sessions also collaboration with L&D, PT, UW, and compliance teams to ensure comprehensive training on product updates and processes, while also involving travel as needed across various locations. Role & responsibilities Conducting Product/Process training at call centres/or for the channel throughout the year • Train the Trainer at outsourced call centre These training would be for New Hires/Refresher sessions Will be based out at Thane, Navi-Mumbai, Powai location Need to travel to locations outside Mumbai as & when required Liaise with L&D for training activities to be done for cc team and overall channel as the case may be Liaise with internal PT, UW and compliance team in terms of product understanding, take downloads related new and existing product/process Preferred candidate profile Must have minimum 3 to 5 years to experience in training profile only Graduate in any stream
