Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns.
Provide excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products or services based on customer needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Basic computer knowledge and interpersonal skills necessary for this role.
0-6 months of experience in BPO, telemarketing, or a related field (freshers welcome).
