Job Description

About the Role:

The Telecaller is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote products or services, answer queries, and generate leads or sales. The role involves maintaining customer data, handling calls professionally, and supporting the sales team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote pharma products.
Explain product details, pricing, and offers clearly and confidently.
Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with clients.
Update customer details and call records in the CRM/database.
Coordinate with the field sales team for order processing and follow-ups.
Handle customer queries politely and maintain professional communication.

Qualifications:

Graduate (preferably from science/pharma background).
1-3 years of telecalling or telesales experience (preferably in pharma or healthcare).
Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Pleasant personality, good voice tone, and customer-handling skills.
