Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound/inbound calls to customers as per process requirements. Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions. Maintain professionalism and communication quality during calls. Update customer information and call records in the CRM/system. Follow process guidelines, scripts, and compliance standards. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and productivity goals. Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed. Handle customer complaints with patience and a positive attitude. Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi/English (or regional language as required). Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Prior experience in BPO/telecalling preferred but not mandatory. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Customer-centric approach and problem-solving attitude.
