Job Description

Make outbound and inbound calls to customers to promote company products/services. Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information. Maintain customer records and update information in CRM systems. Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and conversion goals. Respond to customer queries in a polite and professional manner. Follow communication scripts and maintain process compliance. Provide timely resolutions and escalate issues when required. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Skills & Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi/English (regional languages will be an added advantage). Confident, energetic, and customer-oriented. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Basic computer knowledge . Prior telecalling/ BPO experience preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome. Qualifications:10th Pass / Graduate (any stream). Salary & Benefits:Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives. Performance-based growth. Training & skill development support. Work Schedule:Day shift.
