Regularly listen to live and recorded calls to assess quality, compliance, and customer experience using predefined scorecards.

• Coach and Develop Team Members
  

Provide constructive feedback, conduct one-on-one coaching sessions, and drive performance improvement based on quality insights.

• Lead Daily Operations and Team Performance
  

Oversee shift schedules, manage attendance, and ensure advisors meet daily targets and KPIs.

• Drive Process Adherence and Compliance
  

Ensure advisors follow scripts, process flows, and regulatory guidelines while maintaining high service standards.

• Handle Grievances and Build Team Culture
  

Act as the first point of contact for advisor concerns, resolve issues fairly, and foster a positive, accountable team environment.
