Dear,

We are hiring for international BPO_ Team Leader for Gurgaon Location for One of the leading clients.

Salary _ 7 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve operational excellence.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient call center operations and attrition management.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and improve overall performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and drive business growth.
Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in BPO operations or similar industry.
Proven track record as a Team Leader or Manager in a call center environment.
Strong understanding of BPO processes, including customer service principles and practices.
Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams for improved performance.
