Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site BPO role located in Gurugram. The role involves managing customer inquiries, providing support over calls, emails, and chat, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. The candidate will be responsible for handling data entry tasks, maintaining records, and collaborating with team members to meet business targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with customer support, problem-solving, and relationship management
  • Proficiency in data entry, record-keeping, and multitasking
  • Basic technical skills, including familiarity with computers, CRM tools, and office software
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines
  • Previous BPO or customer service experience is a plus
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education qualifications are advantageous
