Job Title: BPO Recruiter

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic BPO Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting senior recruiters with day-to-day hiring activities. This is a great opportunity to build your career in recruitment and HR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities under the guidance of senior recruiters.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with good interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with job portals.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
