Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Analyst to join our team, someone who is diligent about quality and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities

Must be a confident communicator and be able to build rapport with the team
Adaptive Capacity, Self-Starter/Initiator, Coachable, Metrics Capable, Quality/Accuracy, Critical Thinker/Problem-Solver and Accountable.
Need to do call barging & auditing.
Monitor the Associates performances.
Work with TL and moderators on ways to improve performance KPIs
Investigate errors and conduct sample moderations, call out moderators, and conduct weekly one on ones.
Calibrate and refresh/train team on required policy
.

Criteria

Need to have at least 1 year of experience as a quality Analyst.
Must have a good communication skill in English.
Must have hands on experience in using QC tools.
Open to Work in 24X7, 6 days working Rotational
