About Us:

Ecorgy Solutions is a healthcare back-office BPO organization supporting clients based in California, USA. We assist our clients by providing high-quality patient care through streamlined administrative and clinical support. Our mission is to enhance the efficiency of home health services while ensuring compliance and patient satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the teams.
  • Manage SLAs, daily task allocations to the team, ensure team productivity, manage team performance and TATs for operational excellence.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time with high quality.
  • Act as a key liaison between the onsite and offshore teams to ensure alignment and seamless communication.
  • Customer Support & Issue Resolution
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices to optimize service workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with operational protocols and healthcare regulations.
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability
  • Conduct regular meetings with Team & resolve concerns, if any.

Qualifications:

  • Any bachelor's degree or a Doctorate in BAMS / BHMS / BDS / Pharmcy or similar.
  • 6 to 10 years of overall experience; managing a team of 25+ members in a BPO / healthcare or similar environment.
  • Must have excellent English communication.
  • Immediate joiners and candidates from in and around work location preferred.
  • Must be willing to work in nights shifts (9:30PM to 6:30AM) from our office location in Elippode, Trivandrum
