Responsible for client delivery, team performance, and process optimization. Experience: 8+ years in BPO, with logistics/shipping background preferred. Overview: Ensure smooth service delivery to clients with a focus on quality, SLA compliance, and process improvement. Experience: 5+ years in client-facing BPO roles. Location: Dubai Overview: Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and escalation. Build long-term partnerships. Experience: 5+ years, preferably with international logistics clients. Overview: Prepare and verify documentation including Bill of Lading, invoices, and certificates as per country-specific rules. Experience: 2 4 years in shipping BPO or freight forwarding. Overview: We are inviting applications from graduates for internship positions in our BPO division. Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive 6-month training program covering international shipping procedures, documentation standards, and client communication protocols. Eligibility: Graduates in Commerce, Logistics, Business, or Management with strong communication skills and a keen interest in shipping operations.
