About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the BFSI strategy to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand service offerings, increase market share, and enhance profitability.
• Lead end-to-end loan operations, servicing, and risk management.
• Build a strong governance and compliance culture aligned with enterprise and regulatory standards.
• Inspire, mentor and develop teams to deliver operational excellence.
• Partner with internal & external stakeholders to ensure adherence to compliance standards, regulatory requirements and audit readiness.
• Partner with senior leadership and clients to identify opportunities, mitigate risks and strengthen relationships.
  

Basic Qualifications:

• MBA in Finance with 15+ years of BFSI experience with expertise in loan operation, risk management, QA and compliance.
• Strong track record in risk management, loan operations, quality assurance and compliance.
• Proven leadership in building and motivating cross-functional teams.
• Ability to drive strategic initiatives, process transformation and client engagement.
